Refund & Return Policy

Overview

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns. Once an order has shipped, items cannot be resold or reissued.

We understand that manufacturing defects can occasionally occur. If you believe you received a defective product, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We will review your claim and, at our discretion, issue a refund or send a replacement.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for products that arrive defective or damaged. To request a refund, email support@veridianrx.com with your order number and a description of the issue, including photos if possible.

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled provided they have not yet shipped. Because we process and ship same-day, the cancellation window is very short. Contact us as soon as possible at support@veridianrx.com.

Approved cancellations will be refunded in full, less any non-recoverable credit card processing fees (approximately 3.5–4% of the order total).

Fulfillment Errors

If your order was fulfilled incorrectly—such as a missing item, wrong product, or incorrect quantity—we will make it right by either re-shipping the correct item(s) or issuing a refund. The resolution method is at our sole discretion.

Any fulfillment discrepancy must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

Replacements

Replacements are only provided for items that arrive defective or damaged. To request a replacement, email support@veridianrx.com with your order number and a description of the defect. Replacements are issued for the same item only and are subject to availability.

Chargebacks

By placing an order with Veridian Research, you agree to the following:

Zero-Tolerance Chargeback Policy

Initiating a credit card dispute or chargeback without first contacting us is strictly prohibited. This includes cases of unrecognized charges, misunderstandings, or any issue that could be resolved through direct communication.

If you have a concern with your order, contact support@veridianrx.com first. We are committed to resolving issues promptly.

Any customer who initiates a chargeback without prior communication will be permanently banned from future purchases and reported to the relevant payment processors and fraud prevention networks.
